A sponsor package includes a workstation or stand, depending on your package.
Workstation – bronze sponsor
For a workstation of 4 m² (2 x 2 m) we arrange a high table, two highchairs and electricity at the catering area. Please bring your own multiple socket. Wi-Fi is available free of charge at the venue. You have the possibility to place one roll-up banner (max 1.5 m wide and 2 m high) behind this table.
Exhibitor stand – silver sponsor
For a stand of 8 m² (4 x 2 m) we arrange a high table, two highchairs and electricity at the catering area. Please bring your own multiple socket. Wi-Fi is available free of charge at the venue. You have the possibility to place your own background banner behind this table.
Exhibitor stand – gold sponsor
For a stand of 10 m² (5 x 2 m) we arrange a high table, two highchairs and electricity at the catering area. Please bring your own multiple socket. Wi-Fi is available free of charge at the venue. You have the possibility to place your own background banner behind this table.
Extra stand materials (optional)
If you need any other materials (wired internet connection, LCD screen, furniture etc.), please ask for the possibilities via events@techwatch.nl. Orders can be made 19 September at the latest.
Building up
You can build up your stand on Thursday morning 10 October from 07:30 hours onwards. Your sponsor area needs to be ready at 09:15 hours on Thursday 10 October. If you plan to bring large materials that may not fit in the passenger elevator, please contact us for instructions on how to access the cargo elevator located near the rear entrance.
Dismantling
After the program at 17:30 hours there will be drinks on the exhibition floor. You can start to dismantle your stand after the drinks at 18:00 hours.
Floorplan
The floorplan will be made a few weeks prior to the event. We will send you an e-mail with more information later on.
